Even on a Friday afternoon, the employees were quick to diagnose the problem, get the part and install it quickly enough to get us on our way in time for the game. The employees are very knowledgeable and told us what to expect as the car adjusted to the new alternator. We were very pleased with the services they provided and would definitely recommend Loftis to anyone else.
